These terms cover use of the Aquaman Plumbing website and online service-request tools. A website submission starts a conversation and does not create a confirmed appointment, diagnosis, quote, or contract.

Service Requests and Availability

We review each request, confirm the address and schedule, and explain the next available step. Same-day service is available when scheduling and the requested work allow it; it is not a guaranteed arrival or completion time.

Dispatch and Evaluation

The standard dispatch and evaluation investment is $89. It covers sending an expert technician for diagnosis and pricing options. When the customer approves work, the $89 is applied to that service unless different written terms are provided.

Scope, Pricing, and Approval

Recommendations and pricing depend on on-site conditions, access, safety, code requirements, materials, parts, and the approved scope. Customers must approve work before it begins.

Non-Marketing Text Messages

When you check the SMS consent box and submit the Contact form, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Aquaman Plumbing about your service request and related service updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you do not want to consent to text messages, call 228-363-2917 to request service by phone. The checkbox does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages.

Warranty and Guarantees

Aquaman Plumbing offers a one-year warranty on new installations and most repairs, subject to the written work scope and eligibility terms. No general guarantee or promised outcome is created by website copy.

Safety

For a gas odor, suspected gas leak, fire, flooding near electrical equipment, or another immediate danger, leave the affected area when appropriate and contact the utility or emergency services before using a website form.

Third-Party Links

Maps, social profiles, review platforms, and other third-party links are governed by their own terms and policies.
